Gold Beach is a gem on the southern end of Oregon's coastline. Find terrific accommodations facing either the Rogue River or Pacific Ocean, and enjoy amazing views of some of southern Oregon's most beautiful landscape. The stunning beaches offer terrific beachcombing opportunity, and stretch for miles. Gold Beach's Port is small, but offers a wonderful atmosphere with a few fine-dining establishments that will cure your appetite.
A trip to Gold Beach would not be complete without a pleasant walk on some terrific trails. It isn't too hard to find old growth forest in the mountainous terrain that is Gold Beach's backyard. Closer to the ocean, you can find trails that roll high above the ocean giving sight to breathtaking scenery that is screaming, "take a picture!" Make sure to visit Gold Beach's Visitors Center while in town to find all of the amazing trails and viewpoints that will cap off a terrific vacation.
